Amy Arrants started her career in the event industry in 1996 as a registration assistance moving quickly to a registration manager to manage multiple hotel blocks. She then expanded her skills to include complex logistics; managing event staff, swag builds, executive transportation, branding, hands-on-labs, exhibitors, leading small and large international events. In the last four years, Amy served in two significant roles for a two-day global event series: 1) Registration Manager and 2) Logistics Manager for various years and cities. The global event series had 2,000-6,000+ attendees in thirteen global locations with elements including opening keynote address, twelve breakout rooms and an expo hall with an average of 20 sponsors per city.

Katie Logan has over 30 years selling experience of end-to-end management of strategic partnerships. Her approach is collaborative, thorough, and authentic. She is an adept at launching new sales initiatives, turning under-performing projects around, and developing processes and systems to support ongoing profitability. She has created sponsorship programs for clients such as Microsoft and Lexus. Working with Microsoft, she developed the exhibit and sponsorship packages for 4 annual developer conferences. For Lexus she turned an underperforming advertising program for Lexus magazine, going from $220,000 to a million-dollar annual sponsorship and advertising program
Laura Heavrin, CMP brings her decades of experience in the travel and event management field to the team. Her expertise lies in the strategic sourcing and contract negotiations of event venues while negotiating the best possible protection and coverage for each client’s needs. She has experience in several global conferences as the lead logistic manager, registration manager, accessibility manager, food and beverage manager and temporary staff manager. She has the talent to foresee and manage attendee’s needs, manage travel and hotel blocks while delivering comprehensive reports to meet the client’s requirements and expectations.
Marsha Terry is a detail-oriented Event Manager with 30 years of worldwide logistics management experience in the planning, and project management with a positive, can-do attitude.
